RUINART continued her strong form for the stable after weaving through the pack for Nikita Beriman at the Sunshine Coast on Friday night.
The four-year-old mare looked to be in tricky position approaching the home turn but Beriman was able to weave through an opening as RUINART let down strongly to fight off a late challenge and win.
Trainer David Vandyke rated the ride from Beriman a '10 out of 10' as the Group 1 winning jockey broke through for her first winner for the stable since arriving on the Sunshine Coast.
For RUINART, the result made it two wins and one minor placing from just four starts since joining our stable.
Congratulations to her owners: Mr R A Pegum, Mr P A Cook, Miss L A Christie, Mr S L Malcolm, Ms J D Taylor, Mr S J Bennett, Mr B P Keeble, Mr A Mackenzie
