MOSZUR scored her second straight win with a tough home track success on Sunday to enhance her Queensland Oaks credentials.
The Churchill filly carried topweight and had to overcome a three-wide passage in transit, but ultimately proved too strong for her rivals in the Class 1 Handicap (1600m).
Whilst the win wasn’t quite as comfortable as her four-length romp at Ipswich in February, once MOSZUR had engaged top gear there was never any serious doubt about the result.
David will now plot a path towards the Oaks at Eagle Farm on Saturday, 8 June, two years after the stable celebrated victory in the Group 1 feature with Gypsy Goddess.
Many congratulations to the team at Kirks Bridge Farm, who own and bred MOSZUR.
